PRIVACY POLICY
LAST UPDATED: 12 OCTOBER 2026
Domain Square+ (DS+) is the gaming club of Delhi Public School R.K. Puram. This page explains what information this website collects when students use it, and how that information is handled.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When a student signs up for the club or registers for a tournament through the member dashboard, we collect their name, grade, section, and the game or department they want to join. No payment information, government ID, or home address is ever collected through this site.
HOW WE USE IT
Signup information is used only to run the club: building the member roster, organising tournament brackets, and sending club-related announcements. It is accessed by club admins and core members through the password-protected dashboard, and is not sold, rented, or shared with any outside party.
COOKIES
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The dashboard uses a session cookie strictly to keep a member signed in, which is cleared when they log out.
DATA RETENTION
Member records are kept for as long as a student is enrolled at DPS R.K. Puram and active in the club. A student or parent can ask for their data to be removed at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.
CONTACT
Questions about this policy or a request to review or delete personal data can be sent through the Contact page.
